I loved how close everything was to the airport, with a less than 5-minute drive making it super convenient especially for an early morning flight, and there were some great spots nearby like the Curtiss Mansion just about 500 meters away and several good restaurants within walking distance including Ihop which is only a few steps away, making it easy to grab a meal after a late arrival; the beds were comfy and the rooms were clean. The only downside was the noise from the neighboring room but that didn't ruin my overall experience.

We experienced a lack of hot water for showers, which was disappointing after a long day of traveling. the noise level from traffic and the airport overhead disturbed our rest during the night. The room amenities, such as the fan and fridge, also posed a challenge with their loud operation. the customer service in the hotel's restaurant was lacking. The staff seemed more focused on chatting amongst themselves rather than attending to the guests' needs promptly. This made dining in the restaurant less enjoyable, and we opted to get our food to go to avoid the slow service. In terms of cleanliness and maintenance, we encountered issues with missing towels and difficulty operating the shower faucets. The housekeeping service did not replace the towels as expected, leading to an additional charge and inconvenience.

I had an incredible experience at this hotel since it's just a short shuttle ride from the airport which made getting here super easy, and with great restaurants nearby like Ihop only a few steps away and fantastic local gems like the Clima Art Gallery and Curtiss Mansion within a kilometer or two, I was able to enjoy some delightful walking and exploration right from the hotel, plus the rooms were comfy with nice beds and great water pressure in the shower, but the hotel could improve by providing clearer information on the shuttle service for first-time travelers.

I chose Wyndham Garden for its convenient location near the airport, as I had limited time to explore Miami. However, the on-site sports bar exceeded my expectations. I enjoyed watching the game on multiple screens, relishing delicious chicken wings, and having a blast with karaoke.
